These were purchased for my sons. They play tennis and basketball and during their fitness training (plyometrics etc) these were used. Fitness classes are crazy expensive so it was decided that we would buy the equipment ourselves so they could duplicate the workouts from home. These are sturdy and less expensive than comparable sets and we have no regrets with this purchase. We have purchased books and dvds as well to further enhance our use of the platforms. They can be used for stepping and jump training and I have even started using them myself to help with my strength training (glutes and hamstrings). |
