    This is a very strategic card game mix with monopoly. Unlike the traditional monopoly games, you actually get a chance to use monsters and try to kill your opponent's defender in order to avoid paying a fee or even, getting the land for your own. I have played several games like this and I do think culdcept is by far one of the best.

    If someone is interested in this it's likely that they already know how the series works and any explanation would be redundant. Still, for those unfamiliar, Culdcept is like the crazy lovechild of Monopoly and Magic: the Gathering. Creatures are placed on territories, tolls can be raised for said territories and other creatures can attack those already placed with various equipable items.

    Interestingly, this is an enhanced edition of the original Culdcept with several new features, cards and system changes. Apart from cosmetic changes like overhauling the 3D weapon graphics and new art for the story portions the game is mostly the same. The most notable system change is that this subscribes to doling out magic power at each checkpoint like the later games in the series as opposed to only providing it at the castle.
